—All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we begin paying for your retreat space, activities, and lodging when you register to secure your space and experience, and we would lose funds if we were to issue refunds of deposits when we have a cancellation.
—No credit, refund, or transfer is available if attendee cancels less than 90 days in advance, or if they do not show up, or leaves early for any reason.
—Remaining tuition payments are due 60 - 90 days before retreat start date depending on the retreat~
—an additional 8% taxes/fees is included within the retreat tuition and pricing~
—Retreat leaders reserve the right to ask a student to leave the retreat early if said student is causing issues and/or disturbing the peace for others and for the retreat container. our retreats offer a safe space for all and will be respected as so. No refund will be issued in this case.
